Whats up with the Board dudes !!!!

Thought they woke up to thier senses and were going to sign him up.

Its so obvious Woosha is the man for the job.

All is required now isabout 10% improvement overall plus RECRUITING some weaverS and dodgers in their recruiting, and

PREMIERSHIP !!!!!!!!!!

The tean has only had one super disaster this season because they have improved heaps.
It will take the younger bodies to beef up abit and then they will be great.

Woosh is just great at developing players.

We need him now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We will sign him but there is no rush.

Other club's aren't beating down the door to grab him so the club is in a very good position.

I hope and imagine it's another incentive focused package. Nice wage turning into ludicrous wage when (if) we hit top 3 and then a fat mountain of cash for the Premiership. No need to offer more than a "nice wage" for what we have now.

10% ??? ???

Seeing as our disposal effiency is like 60% we need at least a 30% increase in that and more importantly we need a 100% lift in heart "EVERY" game!

We need to lift less than 10% across the board. You dont lift your disposal efficency by just doing that, you increase it by doing everything else 1-2-3-4-5% more often.

Giving him until the rest of the season to get results right would be a good move.

What results would be unsatisfactory in your opinion?

Nothing but a grand final appearance will be satisfactory, IMO.
Your expectations are too conservative, CK.

By the end of this year, the general expectation is to win every one of our remaining football games, qualify for the grand final, win by 100 points and then win both the A-league and Sheffield Shield.

Apparently West Coast have offered Worsfold a new contract. Just waiting for the sports to get the details.

They have offered him a new contract - now the negotations begin. Some great footage of the boys training as well - real angry hard tackling.

Worsfold 'rapt' at Eagles contract offer
19th June 2009, 14:15 WST

John Worsfold is set to continue as West Coast coach after revealing that he is delighted with the new contract offered to him by the Eagles.

As revealed in The West Australian this morning, West Coast put a new deal to Worsfold yesterday after identifying the 2006 Premiership coach as the man to complete the rebuilding process at the club.
