Will Pagan resign?

Sure he's had a big job, and just got resigned, this year is a write-off, and next year won't be much better.

Despite him being some sort of 'man of integrity', it'll be 2006 and unlikely he'll coach another team to finals footy.

I mean it's a combination of a terrible/******ed recruiting committee and draft penalties, but at the end of the day, the coach needs a long hard look at himself, as this is not the North team of last decade.

I reckon Pagan will resign next year if we finish crap next year.

12 months ago pagan was a legend and a hero of carlton this year hes hated... i still think pagan is one of the best coaches in the game... imagine if we had chris connoly who cant even get the dockers into the top 10.. wed be winless... pagan is the right man in my opinion

I would like to see a new assistant coach next year. A player who retires at the end of this year from a successful side.
Depending on who retires
One of the Scott boys from Brisbane or Voss if he retires.
Drew Banfield from WC.
Ben Hart from Adelaide.
