Woewodin will not be in the PSD, a club has sought out his services and a deal agreed to. My apologies for not getting the deal or club involved, Balme was on the phone at optus and wouldn't stand still. He was very happy we are going to get something for him as a couple of clubs were hoping to get him for nothing.

Dees by the sounds of it. Congrats, you probably got another 4th rounder or something.

The cure was to get rid of woewodin.

Considering trades between clubs can't even be discussed until trade week that's a pretty impressive effort that a trade has already been done.

Going by Magpie trading logic let me guess what you think the trade will be: Woewodin to Hawthorn for Picks 3 and 6.

We'd need Franklin to seal this deal.

Please... we would be getting absolutely shafted in that deal!

I'd like to think the collingwod heirarchy know better than to trade a genuine star, and former brownlow medallist, for 2 measly first round picks.

pick 3, 6 + one of last years 1st round picks thank you :)

Optus Oval... Carlton anyone?
Balme was watching the Allies v TAC game at optus oval on the John Elliot stand wing. He was very inconsiderate getting up and moving aound while I was trying to eavesdrop. I did hear that a deal was being done for Woey in 2006, maybe Melbourne but I'm not sure. Greg Miller was much better value, sits in the one place, never shuts up and spills his guts. Got some nice insights as to who the Tigers are keen on.

And for those of you who haven't been to Optus recently you'll be glad to know it's a delapidated $hithole(was it ever anything else?) And the 'Elliot' stand is the ugliest piece of architecture in the known world, a fitting legacy to the man who put the Blues on skid row. Also saw Maloof putting the tins together by himself(he can't afford an assistant) in preperation for Carltons debt reduction campaign.

Wow you must be really connected or are these your invisible friends you've been talking to. Don't you think you are a little - well full of... Well Balme told me they were going to swap Rocca for a new pair of tendons, Tarrant for BMW and Frazer for some magic beans so Eddie can go up the bean stalk and still the Giants prized hen.

I don't think that conversation actually happened.
Coz Eddie drives a Lexus
