Headless is a neutral, so his only aim is to finish in the final four. You’ve nailed the problem.
There are some people playing with some certainty of what their win con actually is.
Zerg could be speaking now from inside a PM (is that possible?). So could I for that matter. And if Zerg isn’t speaking from the inside of a PM, both of us and a fair number of others are speaking from a position of not fully knowing whether their win con might change overnight when they discover tomorrow that they are evil.
Headless lynched still allows for a village win right? The CA plan could create a resounding village win, but could also give evil a decent crack.
The biggest threat to evil is if they get taken out at night, which with no vig we can't do. I'm certainly not opposed to Headless getting lynched, but also I can see the high-risk, high-reward nature. Do evil try and take out Headless now to limit the damage he could do? Does that save a good role?
I don't trust Zerg (or anyone unconfirmed) at all clearly. But the fact that the info provided by CA is something that you or I could have said/done without even having seers just seems a bit off. There's every chance (as I mentioned) they seered a teammate last night and joined a PM. Maybe not, maybe Zerg is a head and seered CA as the seer, that is possible.
But right now if CA is the seer, they haven't given any info to aid the village as such. It could just be terrible luck, but it's just a bit off for me.
The seer can't find the NI anyway, so there's what, four/five roles they could seer? We lynch Headless, yeah it's easy it's going to help the village from not dying, but it could also throw a spanner in the works for evil if he lives.
As I said, I'm completely 50/50 on it, but can see the merits in both. I just want more clarity because it seems a little cagey from my POV.
