Have a look at the GF and Alpha roles, it doesn't say that for their roles but it specifically does say for the village seer.

I'm not sure all of this has been CA's doing. I suspect that there's some outside influence coming into play.

So now all we have is rescinded actions and convenient changes. I'm increasingly certain that CA has joined up with another wolf and they are frantically trying to save their wincon.

He 'thought' he wrote Gralin but actually 'wrote' Pie. Because now we know Pie had the amulet it is the only reason for the fail. It's convenient.
