Each to their own. I am less concerned about the score to par and more interested in how the players actually play the course. Typically, the PGA has courses that are more about executing what are difficult but obvious shots really well compared with Augusta, the Open rota, where players are forced to think their way around a course. As for US Opens, they all depend on the course. Loved LACC last year, but hated it at Torrey Pines.

My only problem with high scores like 15 or 20 under is that it’s almost impossible to come out of the pack and win.
Low scores means many more players can win.

Two holes in and tiger is sweating like he’s played 4 quarters up in Darwin pre round.

Guy looks terrible these days.

It’s pretty hard to watch, despite it being entirely his own doing.
 
For me the British open just lacks with the television coverage cameramen have a bit of trouble capturing the ball flight. When the weather turns foul your right it does make the course tougher but if no wind the players carve it up

Was there for last two days at Portrush. Brilliant golf live. Loved it.
