He's a spud mate. Slow and clueless. And the only reason he's playing in the ruck is because he's a useless forward.
Wow......me and bevo thought it was for team balance.

Calling him a spud because he isnt playing the position you think he should be playing shows how little you know about the game.

Forget the price tag and look at where he has been playing.

He is a.kid.....a big kid and they take time. Always has been and always will be.

David Clarke Jnr and Ricky Mott (Carlton)

Shit isn't a crude enough adjective to describe how rubbish those two camels were.
Yeah, poor old Ricky Mott sure was a lemon. I remember back around 2002 at ANZ when he was with the Swans he missed a 30 metre shot right in front on/just before the siren which lost the match for the Swans.

Walking out of the stadium after the match I look behind to see him along with a couple of other players including Luff walking in the same general direction with a group of Swans supporters giving it to their own player, Mott, admirably Luffy was sticking up for his teammate but in his heart of hearts must have realised he was fighting a losing cause.

Luffy himself had his fair share of detractors over the past years but carved out a handy career in the end.

In the bests vs. Richmond and without him we wouldnt have won the game (of course, he was playing in the ruck against a first gamer in Soldo, but still)

But Soldo had a big influence in the first quarter when Bevo was going without a ruck. Of course Boyd should beat him but it still counts considering Soldos influence early.

Currently playing, you'd have to say David Mackay and Curtley Hampton are two of the worst players going around. Very stark contrast between them and a star like Sloane.

Sorry if this guy has already been mentioned but this thread definitely needs

I'll keep my vote to current players who have played at least one game this season.

Tom Boyd, apart from the 2016 Grand Final he has been absolutely useless.

Jake Batchelor, no explanation needed.

Nathan J Brown, has been exceptionally poor for the Saints so far this season.

Taylor Hunt, defies logic that he's on an AFL list.

Ty Vickery, Ty Vickery.

I've supported Ty this year but really he hasn't shown up, and Clarko looks like he may make him wait even longer, who knows.
But he has got the skills it just seems he has no application, I don't know enough about him to really comment on that, but if he could get consistent form, he would be a huge lift for us!

I'd hope that everyone who has posted a name excels in their chosen field...

Let's make it an even playing field and add a quarter million dollar salary to that chosen field, huh?

And I think you'll find that these AFL footballers are in a league of their own .

Jamaes Mulligan or Mark Austin from Bulldogs

Thank you. Austin was only ever a battler who wasn't athletic enough to make up a lack of skill. Mulligan however is the worst I've ever seen and somehow was on our list from 2008 to his retirement in 2012. Purest case of being an athlete instead of a footballer and the old 'built like Tarzan, plays like Jane' thing.
