Worst Ever Priority Draft Pick

Discounting "Priority Round" and the picks given to Frementle, who has been the wordt ever "Priority Pick"? There has been some awesome players in Riewoldt, Hodge, Judd etc and some players who are really starting to shine in Cooney, Deledio, Roughead, Griffen and Murphy, but who has been the worst?

because atm he isn't good enough to play, while all others are ... making him the worst. it depends how you interpret the question. i didn't vote for rance btw.

Same could be said for Colin with his OP. But yeah he has been a dissapointment as has Walker. Not the output you would expect from a no 2 or no 3 pick. Were very happy with McLean though

Stupid to include priority picks at the end of the first round. (Rance, Hampson, Jetta ).

Otherwise at this stage Ellis or Walker.

Sylivia for mine.. promised a bit in his first year, and has gone downhill since. Looks like a bogan too.



A note on Ellis.. Whist having a slow start, is at least improving, and is on the up with his performances. Has played every (most?) game(s?) this year. Suffers in comparison as his 1st year was at year 12 and didnt play as an underage draftee.

His "Comaprison" pick Dale Thomas has defintely done more career wise so far, but i feel he is too consumed with highlight reel stuff. Doesnt hurt teams much like Lockyer or a Didak do (in the same squad).

I think Ellis will become a solid player in the mold on an Anthony Condon for the Hawks. Dependable depth player, will never be "Crap".
