Worst free throw routine?

JEFF HORNCEK used to sorta put his hand on his face, it was waving to his three kids, nice thought but looked like a putz.....

harold 'baby jordan' minor had a time-wasting routine... iirc, he used to bounce the ball, massage the ball, then wrap the ball around his back and then shoot... he used to do it at college, but i never saw him in a pro game, so dont know if he continued that habit...

karl malone used to bounce the ball a few times, spin it in the air, then mumble a prayer before shooting...

i like the rip hamilton routine alot..

hahaha your right! didnt see that before. Its great when someone wants a travel or something called during a deadball situation. I've had a ref call me for a travel while I was inbounding the ball, even worse it was in a rep game...

well if you are on the sideline and you take too many steps it is a travel and the ball is given to the opposition. it has happened a couple of times in my rep matches. im not sure how far it is though

I remember Minor's routine aswell but only in college also.

I'm winding the clock back now but a guy called Rick Barry shot his free throws underhand. He has one of the highest career free throw %s in history of the game.
