Good spirited game at Newport today, both teams played well in the seniors, newports reserves played like the old Newport, knees punches, behind play and in packs, wrfl need to have a good look at this!!!!!

Same thing happened against lavo in the reserves.. alll in.. head punches.. cheap shots etc

Heard a bit in regards to this game apparently newport 2nds were to scared to put there heads over the ball late in the second half after copping a couple of big hits themselves!!

Yes was also at this game couldn't beleave how dirty there 2s were surely thay don't want to turn into the oldnewport there just got there teams up an running didn't help that the umps couldn't take control but was great to see the Suns comeback an win the 1s was actually a decent game to watch

Now before people start jumping up and down there is a direct correlation between what I'm talking about and a certain type of player

Sorry to the blokes some of whom I've played with that are good players great blokes and not thugs.... But by and large there's been too many incidents


West coburg Hadfield northern saints all been though the same thing.... Took some time for those clubs to repair the damage done to their reputation

So you're saying their ethnic background means they are thugs? I've met worse thugs on the footy field without an ethnic background.
Newport were absolutely fine when we played them in both seniors and reserves.

Yes essentially that what I am saying for which I game examples of clubs it's happened at before which cannot be denied

Like I also said I've know some that are great guys one of my best mates included but by and large they have an image problem

Williams won't put up with that stuff. The seniors are going well but I guess he doesn't see all the seconds game as his more focussed on the seniors and being the "face" of the club.. They won't last long there if it continues to happen..
*I wasn't there but just responding, as hearing the committee won't tolerate bad culture.

Yeah but from what I heard once they started copping a couple of big hits back they didn't like it and lost there way and the game after being 6 goals up at one stage in the second half.
Like to give but can't take it.

Over 100 thugs running around in the 2nds all over the Comp, the biggest scum bags I've played against are definitely not from the ethnic back ground u refer to..go watch any 2nds game and always see a scuffle or cheap shots been thrown. It ain't an ethnic thing it's just a few dip s hits who ruin it for everyone else
