I'll let you answer two because you got the first one wrong. This one you only got half right.
Freo wore the jumpers of Fremantle FC, a team with nothing to do with Fremantle of today. That part is correct.
Port Adelaide FC were given the AFL Licence, and are the same club, trading as Port Power. So they're the same club.
But one other club wore a Heritage jumper that was also not their club.
