AFL Club
St Kilda
Pick 1- Carlton: Sam walsh
Can’t go wrong with walsh here. Elite 2 way runner with leadership qualities. Will pair up nicely with paddy Dow in the future.

Pick 2- Gold Coast: Jack luckious
Has the potential to be the best player from the draft. Super athlete with sublime skills for a big man.

Pick 3- Gold Coast: Connor Rozee
Rankine may have more talent but rozee seems a better chance to hang around with good mate luckious. That aside rozee is absolute class with ball in hand and will play a lot of footy next year.

Pick 4- st kilda: Izak Rankine
I feel like it’s out of rankine and max king here. If rankines available I expect the saints to bite the bullet on this exciting kid. Will bring people through the gates with his X factor.

Pick 5- port Adelaide: max king
Best available here for the power. Will take time to develop but his high marking and agility for a big man could see him turn into something special.

Pick 6- Gold Coast: Bailey smith
Suns might see the hard working smith as best fit for them here. Will get everything out of himself and has leadership potential. Will complenent the two south Australians.

Pick 7- Sydney: nick Blakey (match bid)
Swans no hesitation to match the bid for Blakey here. Super competitor with plenty of room for improvement.

Pick 8- western bulldogs: Jordan Clark
The smooth moving Clark would be a good fit for the young bulldogs group. Terrific distributor off half back with potential to move up onto a wing.

Pick 9- Adelaide: Jackson hatley
Might seem the obvious choice being a sa kid but hatley has serious potential. Big bodied mid with good skills.

Pick 10- Gws: Jye Caldwell
Could be the best mid in the draft. Would of went higher if not for an injury interrupted season. Clean in tight with good contested ball numbers.

Pick 11- port Adelaide: Ben king
There’s always a slider from the highly fancied top group and I feel like it could be Ben king. Mind you can’t see him slipping any further than this. Can play either end which will appeal to the power. But even more so imagine the prospect of pairing the two twins together.

Pick 12-gws: zak butters
In need of some small forward quality and butters is just that. Can also play as a small midfielder where he uses his pace and skills.

Pick 13- north Melbourne: tarryn Thomas (match bid)
No brainer here for north to bring in some outside run and class which will complement there inside brigade.

Pick 14- Geelong: Riley Collier- Dawkins
Big bodied midfielder whose still growing. Good extractor of the footy just needs to find consistency.

Pick 15- Adelaide: chayce Jones
Crows might be tempted to take jokes at there earlier pick but will hold there nerve and get there man here. Only small but has footy smarts.

Pick 16- Fremantle: Liam stocker
Dockers loaded up on talls in the trade period so will go best avaible mid here. The contested work of stocker will start to Form and nice midfield along with Brayshaw and cerra.

Pick 17- Collingwood: Isaac Quaynor (match bid)
Collingwood will have enough points to match for the highly talented rebounding defender here. Can play a lock down or rebounding small defender.

Pick 18- port Adelaide: Luke Valente
The local lad will have an instant impact to ports side. Born leader who can win his own footy.

Pick 19- western bulldogs: rhylee West (match bid)
Son of a gun which the dogs will love to add to there midfield brigade. No hesitations here.

Pick 20- Adelaide: Bailey Williams
Crows ruck stocks are light on so Williams the obvious choice here. Needs to improve work rate for a big man but has plenty of talent.

Pick 21- Richmond: Xavier Duursma
Wirey rebounding defender/ midfielder, the lightly framed Duursma will take time to develop at the tigers but time they do have.

Pick 22- Brisbane: Sam Sturt
The cricket convert will be a nice addition to the ever improving crop of lions youngsters.

Pick 23- gws: jez McLennan
Solid medium defender. Best available here for the Giants.

Pick 24- west coast: xavier O’Halloran
Quality Victorian mid which the eagles will love. Loves the contest and a Booming kick of the footy.

Don't mind Duursma but prefer Valente and Sparrow

Seeing as Valente got drafted 3 picks beforehand, he wasn’t available.

Duursma is a far superior prospect than Valente and Richmond would be doing cartwheels if he fell to their pick on draft night.

There’s every chance a big bodied inside mid will be available at Richmond’s next pick.

Nice effort. GWS clean up with their selections.

Brisbane’s pick is problematic. McLennan and O’Halloran both fill a greater need, but Sturt is possibly the best talent still onboard, and possibly has a much higher ceiling.

Do we need a big bodied midfielder we have Graham and Dusty need more pace in the wing

good effort it will be out of this world to get both kings. However with our final pick we need a quick ball user especially with wingard and polec gone. Maybe a hill or sturt or ohalloran type

I’d hate it if we overlooked Hill and Sturt to take Stocker, but that’s just me.
Hill is exactly like Bolton , Valente and Sparrow would be our perfect duo
