Another year almost over, time to reflect on past events and to look forward to the promise of another 365 or 6 days on this grand old planet of ours.
We'll all be enjoying "Best Ofs" and "Highlights" of one kind or another, but I can't help feeling that there's a Bay tradition that's fallen into neglect in recent times. The tradition of the Flogstradamus. Putting it out there. Going Big. Going Early.
In fact, the only real Flogstradamus we had in 2023 was our old mate Scrotes Pickett, who had the audacity to call out the mighty Cats of Geelong and was rewarded for his bravery (mostly due to
, but still)
So here it is:
Next year will be a year of bold, crazy predictions. Of reputations won and lost, possibly on one single toot of an umpires whistle. Live now, Live large. Live for the Damus!
