I grew up on white bread but nowadays will rarely eat it. It's multigrain all the way.

Same here.

Once in a while I'll have wholemeal and once in a blue moon I'll have white.

I get mulitgrain 99% of the time now.



Ohhhhh I think i know when/where I changed- staying with a mate several years ago, her mum made homemade mulitgrain bread. ****ing awesoooome.

I eat wholemeal all the time but when I'm out at the footy or the DFO or something and get a sausage in bread, I get it on white and it tastes so damn good.

Eat any, do not notice the difference between them taste wise so I'd go either Wholemeal or Multigrain for the health benefits.

I'll vote wholemeal purely because I have to choose 1.
