Ive only seen reports of our offer being something like 10mill/7 years = 1.4m (i may also be incorrect in seeing that)
Where is the reports of 1.6-1.8 ? Or you talking front ended?

I would be letting the Crows have him for 1.4, not worth it IMO, just take the compensation and move on please Lions.

Brisbane would take the Band 1 and run, lots of flexibility to move up the order with two mid teens picks

We probably trade a possible top 10 pick probably to port for picks in the 20s to match Murray and probably Owen and draft Hodge with an open pick possible Neale or Marshall capital

Probably $200K overs but you do that for FA so you don't loss any trade value, you guys did this last year with Allen.

I did tell you our 2nd rounder this year might be decent . And now, Nicks will be sacked mid next year and Bailey will show he can transition into the midfield with Dawson, Rankine, Curtin and Rachele in there and Soligo back to fully fit.

Crows are paying way overs because it won't cost any draft capital. If Brisbane match then there won't be a trade.

Likewise it would seem Bailey is only leaving because of the offer. If Brisbane can get even remotely close to what the Crows offer then he stays.

Not sure Curtin is a mid and Bailey/Rachele seem to be pinch hitters who are more valuable up front imo. But yeah you can run a good number of players through there now

Our injury list is growing by the week we have a pretty tough fixture still I’d say we won’t make the top 10 this season

Bailey would’ve been told he’s predominately a mid if he comes over.

Still not getting excited just yet, but this was quite a big reveal from Twomey especially this early in the year.
