Some do but I wouldn't say a lot and not all of those who do are completely straight (speaking from personal experience).

I don't have a problem with the comment (re: Hille) mainly because he ain't the only AFL player I have seen in action at The Peel and other "gay" venues, not to mention a couple that I know for a fact bat for our team (both former players now). But I would never in a million years talk openly about it 'cause their private lives are simply that, private.
