Ha rubbish the afl are worried that the franchise is going to completely implode. If he doesn't play then people forget next week? Wouldn't be surprised to see him not play again this year, get traded to the pies and do meals on wheels with Marley with Eddie squawking what a great bloke he's become

Can you imagine if the Bennell photo was 1 week before his Draft Day and it got out then, would he have been drafted? No difference between him & Dale Garlett. Wasted talent. GCS might have even been contemplating trading him at the end of the year due to persistent bad off field behaviour prior to this latest incident, but I wouldn't think he'd have any currency right now.

THE WESTERN Bulldogs' gritty 11-point win over Carlton has been soured by two potentially serious injuries, with defender Dale Morris possibly suffering a broken jaw. Morris copped a whack to the face in a first-quarter marking contest at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night, but bravely played out the rest of the match. Bulldogs coach Luke Beveridge fears the 190cm veteran – who only returned last week after missing eight games with a torn pectoral – could be sidelined alongside youngster Toby McLean. McLean badly damaged the AC joint in his left shoulder late in the match after a crunching Dylan Buckley tackle. Meanwhile, vice-captain Jordan Roughead is under a cloud after he was substituted out of the Dogs' eighth win for the season at half-time with a jarred back.
