2007, eh?Port have a Geelong 2007 vibe about them.
Tbh I can't see them losing out on a top 2 draft pick this year.tbh I can't see Carlton losing a game this year.
That's called planning for the future.Don't know why, but I think things might go pear-shaped for us...

The dogs finished 7 overall post finals. So you're wrong about that part.Ceebs making a list but the following will happen next season:
- West Coast will drop a little. Great list but they'll get a much harder draw by finishing second.
- Footscray will drop more than a little. They have an exciting young team but they're also going to et a draw based on finishing in the top 6 and that's going to make it much harder for them in particular.
- Port will finish top-4. They have a great squad and had a second-year blues type thing happen after a brilliant 2014. Injuries, team imbalance, and some loss of form for younger players. Will be a genuine flag threat in 2016.l
- Richmond will finish in the 5th to 8th bracket and then lose in the first week of finals. It's their new 9th.
- GWS will develop further and GC will be back. I think they're being forgotten in a massive way because of the injuries they had to deal with this season. Gazza will especially be a huge addition.
- Sydney are a chance to miss finals altogether. Buddy problems, Tippet is a baked potato, and their defence has big question marks on it.

Will be the mist even season ever. 15 wins to make the 8. Not one team can confidently say they are the best.

In bold, those almost certain to be in the eight.
Everyone down to Collingwood a realistic chance of playing a final. Even Carlton are a sneaky chance. The premiership race is done and dusted already, its Fourthorn, but the bottom of the eight is anyone's.
Not one team can confidently say they are the best.
AFAIK the fixture is determined on end of season standings, not finals standings.
Happy to be corrected though.
Mitchell will need all the help he can get at he age.
