This is absolutely ridiculous. Clearly horses were racing tight, the interference comes from the boom horse and lanken rupee never even made contact. Why are they taking so long to dismiss this near frivolous protest?

Buffering stayed 4 off the fence, LR shifted ground. Riding instructions clearly dictate you must be well clear before shifting ground which has caused all the contact
