Their 2 different situations.....the AFL have come out and stated that they will watch this situation very carefully. The payout will be done via an insurance company.

Message to James. Just pay your bills and go quietly. You have destroyed your reputation and destroyed your beloved club. All you had to do is accept responsibility for what happened to your players. It may not have been your fault but it was your responsibility. There are now young blokes who your club will not or cannot tell what they were injected with - they live with that for the rest of their lives. You were the boss when that all happened. This. The failure to understand the distinction between blame (and fault) and responsibility is one that hird* and the players seem to have no concept of.
