2014-15 EPL Season Predictions.

You lost Suarez and Agger from the team that finished second. The cattle didn't change, it was supposedly improved.

The system didn't change, Rodgers was still there.

The only real difference was Suarez.

Flanagan out for the whole season. Sakho out for the first half if the season and Sturridge out for nearly the whole season. There's the real difference, with all if those players fit for a significant period of time we coast to top 4.

Sturridge ' s best form last season was when Suarez was banned.
I disagree. Was much more effective alongside Suarez. He got some goals early (as he did later) but wasnt really involved in games as much as he was when Suarez came back.

Thanks SM for organising and finalising the predictions again, top effort! - always enjoy looking back on these.

Equal 4th. :) Not bad for someone without much of an idea.

Pipped me on the final table on GD! :p

Think 8 of us finished up on the same points.

Who is Bloomberg?!

Never seen him post either. What a sneaky campaigner. ;)

The dawggg! I'll claim 1st :p

Chelsea champions of England and Flameboy champion of the Bigfooty 14/15 football board prediction's thread. Just need your Lions to raise their game for the three peat! ;)

Well the Lions certainly know a thing or two (or three) about three peats haha.

Who is Bloomberg?!

If asked as a serious question, someone asked me to include Bloomberg Sports' predictions at the start of the season, and surprisingly - or unsurprisingly depending on how you view it - they did the best. Funnily enough they had Man City winning the title!

Flanagan out for the whole season. Sakho out for the first half if the season and Sturridge out for nearly the whole season. There's the real difference, with all if those players fit for a significant period of time we coast to top 4.
Coast to top 4? Yeh nah try having United or Arsenals injury list which was much worse.

But the point is you were saying it didn't matter who you lost, because it was all about the system Rodgers has deployed. Now you sound as if you are backtracking
I never said any of that but ok.

I predicted us to finish 4th on the fact that Sturridge stayed fit. Obviously he didnt play all year so of course we would struggle.

Im not sure what is hard to comprehend about this??

How can you say that?

Your club has finished in the top four once in the last six years, last year was an anommally, not the norm.

Since then you've lost an irreplaceable Suarez who won games off his own boot, his backup is probably never going to put a full season together, you've also lost your influential captain and you're about to lose one of your top talents. I don't think you quite grasp just how hard it is to make the top four, as it stands Liverpool are well behind the res IMO.
