Sounds like he has come across jack martin a few times.. Since he was in Geraldton for 3 years.. Did say they played against each other and Pickett was given the role to tag martin.. Could be friends?

Hawthorn works pretty similar setup i think..?
Martins not exactly small 185 i think? Just is a freak.. Plays tall and better on the ground then small
you could argue Martin rotates with Gaz up forward as he gets older as Martin is good at the in and under ball too as well as Hallahan delivering ball from the centre, unfortunately injuries cruel the dream scenario week in and week out

Is there any reason we shouldn't pick wright? We play all our key forwards at once and if one goes down (every game) we stuff up our structure and play players out of position.. and with gorringe probably going I just think he could be a good fit.

No one knows if Eade will continue with the 3 prong attack..
Against the bottom 10 teams the 3 prong works..
Against the cream of the crop.. We get destroyed back there to tall and to slow.. Cant lock it in our 50.. Just rebounds out and then they score..

I think too with Eade now.. Every player will be given a task to do.. And taught a little more about structures and game plans..
Bluey said we only needed 15 players to play good to win.. Hence when we lost a decent player we were screwed..

Hugh Goddard at pick 7... yeah nah.
Was top 4 at start of the year.. Just didnt develop this year as much as a few others.. Will be a very good player though

I should say though. I really, really like Pickett. Has great character and self awareness.
Sounds a little inconsistent other then that he has match winning ability in spades!!
