as an adelaide fan i wouldnt be comparing our 2 clubs ability to retain players as I think you'll find we are on opposite sides of the spectrum.That probably rules out richmond then
i would imagine a good culture and player retention go hand in hand doesn't it? Why would players want to stay in a s**t culture?
