Spending a third night in hospital. There's more to this than McLaren are letting on.
I think you mean to say: "Just a routine third night in hospital to check on his recovery from his rest day after having a couple of totally normal meds on night one, no problem."

I really hope nothing is seriously wrong and perhaps Fernando is just really enjoying his sponge baths.
