I think he means too full, as in we still have to delist a player.

It actually the same as the Geeling statement. It is meant for Geelong. The (as it Barrett misinformed and incorrect) statement re Freo is lost in the ether.

Plenty enough to disagree with and get defensive about in this punter's article, but I thought the comments below were interesting.

When all players perform to their peaks, as was the case in the Round 21 game and the majority of the 2013 season, the Dockers are a genuine Premiership threat. I do think we were more inconsistent this year - injury did not help down back at the end of the year particularly, but early on when we were healthy, we just did not play to our best for long enough this season.
Interesting that he thinks our team first vs. individual focus is reason for our cautious approach to trading. From Bond and Lloyd's public comments, I think it's a combination of a sustainable model (hence the desire to retain draft picks) and strong retention within the current list (I think they refer to it as not 'selling the farm').
