Their 2nd XI beat Victoria in a warm-up match, and they could have made that team far stronger.

Am I missing something? Worrall went for over 5 an over and was pretty lucky with his two wickets, whilst Richardson got 3/23 and doesn't get mentioned.

Redbacks making the finals would make WA feel better about losing their first two matches, I suspect - but only in the sense that they lost to a decent team that we may have all underrated.
