I believe it is unlike a player drafted and stashed overseas who has made the choice to be unavailable.

I'll try to set the league up today and set it to go live about 8.30 tonight.

The first waivers will be set to 48 hours and then revert back to the norm.

The waiver order runs as the league finished at the end of season. Luke the draft order before trading of picks.
