Womble legit tanked for it. Wouldnt even talk trade ever either, best i ever got was a "no chance" reply like a month after i sent an pffer. He also almost never set teams, so that team is way better than 3rd last especially if Simmons and Embeast stay on the court.

No you can place him on before the season begins but he would not be allowed to return for 15 games. If he was to return in 5 games he would have to remain on the LTIR until 15 have passed.
