Barrass sole VC, Gov steps back just to focus on his footy. Seems logical considering Gov will likely retire at the end of 2025.

Would assume the co-captain thing goes on until Duggo's knee finally gives out for good, then Oz takes on the sole captaincy at age 28-29 as we (hopefully) start to make our climb up the ladder.

Genuinely shocked at how early they've announced this. I didn't expect anything until after Christmas at the earliest.

Oscar is quite young and Duggan as a sole captain doesn't necessarily fill a lot with confidence. Probably not a bad move at this stage.

I too have never been a fan of co-captains. A leadership team to spread the load is fine, but one main 'captain' just feels right. However, if it has to be this, this pairing is good.
