1. Port misses out on making the 8
2. Nate Fyfe wins brownlow but will be ineligable, winner predicting tie b/w Marc Murphy & Ablett
3. Paul Ahern rising star

1. Brisbane makes the top 8
2. Joe Daniher wins the Coleman medal
3. Dan McKenzie finishes top three in the Rising star

1. Hawthorn play a 5th prelim in a row decided by under a goal (surely the 4 in a row atm is some kind of record?)

2. Collingwood and Carlton will both finish bottom 6.

3. Fremantle and North Melbourne will both finish outside the top 4 and in Freo's case realise they've missed their chance at a premiership. In North's case Scott will believe they're still a chance and make some more recruiting decisions like Waite and Higgins in order to try and take that next step up. I for one will think they need to do a semi rebuild and let some of their older players go.

1. Freo to lose in the Grand Final

2. Collingwood to finish bottom 4

3. Ross Lyon to walk and join either North or Richmond after both have poor seasons with decent lists.

I predict not much will change in 2015. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The same top teams will remain, the same bottom sides will remain.
If the Hawks don't win the flag, they will be thereabouts and if the saints don't finish last, it'll be 2nd last.
GC will rely on Ablett's fitness. GWS will win a couple of extra games. The dees will improve ever so slightly.
The saga at bomberland will continue, we won't learn much but Essendon will remain competitive.

1. A team from the bottom half of the eight will make it through to the grand final, only to get smashed by 15+ goals.
2. Brian Taylor will go through an entire game without getting anyone's name wrong.
3. One of Bruce's favourite players will perform a simple pass to a leading forward, and he won't carry on like it was the most amazing thing you're ever likely to see.

The thread title is Bold predictions - not completely unrealistic with absolutely no hope of ever happening predictions.

I might as well predict we will make the Grand Final. About as much chance as either 2 or 3 of yours ;):p

1. Tyrone Vickery turns into a decent AFL footballer
2. Robbo sacked from Hsun and 360 after it was revealed he is on the take from J Hird holdings.
3. After an initial spike, the crowds will underwhelm

1 Collingwood to announce that due to poor on-field results it will be concentrating on its business strategy
2 GC and GWS playing in the second week of finals
3 Adelaide Crows name ex-player Mark Rucciuto as their current captain

1. Brodie Smith will win the AFC best and fairest.
2. Ablett will kick 45+ goals for the season, yet still average 30+ possessions. Will claim his third Charlie.
3. Unfortunately, Alastair Clarkson will take an indefinite sabbatical from coaching at the end of the season. This will be done for the benefit of his family and his health. Tactless BF flogs will rejoice.
