Jack Edwards has always been pretty decent in the one day format but he looked at another level last week. Looked fantastic, not surprised he's done similar stuff in the first Shield game. He has teased before but looking like a breakout season.

Renners looked comfortable and probably did receive a crook decision. Time DRS was used in Shield.

Looked in fantastic touch, hopefully can keep it going for the rest of the shield season.

Useless Blues bowling. Flat deck, still have to find ways to take wickets. Why has it taken almost a session for Chris Tremain to be handed the ball by Henriques?

I was watching a bit this morning actually and that's the main thing I noticed. Saw Neser run 2 4's in the space of about 20 minutes.

Whats this sub par NSW grounds caper. SACA doesnt exactly produce lively ragers, KRO and Glenelg are two flatties that come to mind. The new Cricket Centre at Olympic Park is a picturesque ground but the curator does need to add some more life to the pitch next time for the poor old bowlers.

Agree Neser should play against the Windies this summer, along with DEBUTS for Spencer Johnson and Lance Morris. And how close is Jhye Richardson to a return?

Oh trust me I don't endorse KRO. I think it's a bit of a shame how much Cricket is played on the secondary grounds these days but it's basically unavoidable.

Would be nice to see Spencer Johnson for the Redbacks sooner rather than later.
