Agree need Red for structure plus he is going ok. Also needs a few games to see if he can adapt to AFL.

We've got the balance wrong with this side. We are tentative and not attacking the footy. Carlton have the pace and space to get it to their talls. We are struggling to keep up once the ball gets beyond the first ring of players at a stoppage. Too many in and not enough positioning. We've got to keep the ball locked in and we've got to run and gun. Carlton will kill us if we let them control the footy. And they appear to be doing a lot of blocking, which is strangling our ability to get a clear run at the ball. Also Minson and Redpath in the one side? - they look a bit slow to me.

We really have to up the intensity and urgency in our play if we are to be any chance in this game.
