Always a bit disappointing when a player is clearly injured but plays out the game - only to be revealed to be seriously hurt.

Not so much worried about the game itself but Sheldrick being out is a bummer. In a season that's felt arduous to follow, it seems we can't even enjoy little glimmers of hope for long.
The positive to come out of it is that, just as Sheldrick got his opportunity when Roberts went down with injury, Roberts may now get his opportunity with Sheldrick out. (Not this week clearly but possibly in a few weeks.)

Pity we had a defence and a forwardline, a non cooked ruck and more than 1-2 mids in form. Now watch Horse play Mills in defence to top it off
I think even Horse has run out of options, has to play Mills on ball (welcome to the mids Braeden). Plus we wouldn't be dumb enough to have a KPD as sub again, and then go "Oops, we're too tall down back in the wet, didn't expect that. Let's throw TMac forward and Mills back to solve it." Probably?
Um, Ladhams went off injured, Reid had to ruck. Bud and Paps had 2.5 each. We have a defence now, we just put them under way more than we should.

Yeah, did a ladder predictor run the other day where we won every game. Finished 9th still. Alternated some losses/wins for teams around 8th that play each other too.
