Could it have been to do with his rate of development compared to others at the club or does he have too many faults in his game?

Too many faults and he would have never seen his potential in our twos. It was good for both us and him.

The only big fault you'd have against him if you look back is he wasn't up to snuff with his kicking....but look at how the entire club is now on blast for having a poor level of skills list-wide and maybe if the skills training was there as well as the fitness, and if McKenna wasn't playing favorites as has been suggested..maybe he develops and we've got a top 10 player there.

Barely averages 15 touches in a very poor Saints midfield where there is a lot of ball to be had. He would have wasted years up aat GC.
