Made half a dozen clearing headers towards the end and got good distance on them so we had time to reset

Thought he was fantastic in the dying moments. Doesn't do much wrong defensively but could work on his ball distribution.

Doesn't look out of his depth but to be fair all our defenders looked poor in the first half.

I do recall Smalling doing a pretty poor clearance from near the penalty spot which hit a Blackpool player inside the box but his 2nd half as with the side was much, much better.

Has alot of Rio about him, even the lethargic at times

Please do it now Alex. Its a risk but one you can afford to take and that is worth taking. Having a player like Hernandez on the bench for a bloke like Gibson who seems like a ripping club man but is hardly up to the United standard is just taking the easy way out.

Rooney was pretty dire tbh, had very little of the ball, when he did struggled to do much all I can recall was a decent through ball for Berbatov which resulted in nothing from the corner of the box.
