1) JR - At his best, in our best 22. However, whose place does he take from Laidler, Duigan, Scotland, Yarran, etc across the half back line. Even Army would put up a fight for his place perhaps? How is JR going?

2) Simmo - Again, heard nothing of him this pre season. Is he still a top 6 for the blues?

3) Warnock - Can he hold up his form of late 2011 and start taking some marks around the ground?

4) Bower - See JR

5) Hampson - What if he doesn't work at FF? How will he tag around the ground with Kruezer, Waite, and the new mature age recruit (forgot his name)

6) Lucas - Where does he play and for whom?

7) Brock - All over? Bench depth vs GWS only?

8) White - See Bower

To be honest, it's not a bad idea for an ongoing thread.

I'm sure a lot of occasional readers would appreciate being able to get specific info on a particular topic without having to read through page after page in various threads.

Can you imagine if every player had a thread kept on a separate but attached board where you could ask these questions? Or maybe there was a thread where you could ask people who attend training, especially if some excellent poster (let's call him Harker for the sake of an example) went to great care to answer a lot of questions on specific players.

Starting this thread was unwarranted. Just go into a relevant thread and ask there
