Decent value for WA members this year in this case though, as i remember last time we had 2 perth games over here it was around $50 dollars more than this year

Lot of people very happy about the sydney game, a few port supporters down here so should be a decent crowd for that one as well.

I'm just emphasizing the over the top positive spin that the club continually places on the website.

We have got a shit draw in 2013. This is a stone cold fact. I don't appreciate being treated like a child.

What are they gonna come out and say?

"We are pretty disappointed with the 2013 fixture, while we have more premium time slots the travel and the quick turn arounds are a slap in the face. Compounded by the fact we have fewer perceived easy beats and making finals will be harder."

That ain't gonna happen. What fence sitters are gonna jump on hearing shite like that?

The fixture isn't great but it isn't the end of the world either.

In round 11 this year we turned a corner, shit changed from the coach to the players it was like the decision to make finals had been made and we actually began clicking into a gear that won us games. Not hard fought 8 point slog fest games, we beat quality sides by decent margins.

I look at next years fixture and I know that we are gonna have some decent wins.

Indeed, here's hoping the put in a punishing pre season and come out ready for roodemption in 2013.

Some of the better moments of 2012 came from wins against the bigger clubs with supporters that S U C K big time.

It was great to get emotional and stand up at the Blues game with each of those goals.

Reminded me of the exictement that 1990's footy brought me, and to be honest we havent had much of that the past decade.

Bring on 2013 for that reason alone.

Jeeze there's a lot negativity on this thread. The point of following a footy team is to watch them playing against the best teams in front of big crowds. Not to beat a glorified TAC Cup team in front of 16,000 people.

If we're good enough to challenge we'll win games. If not, we'll know soon enough. Love this draw.

It's like the Brownow Medal, we only want to watch about an hour and five minutes. An hour dedicated to perving on the footballers wife's and girlfriends on the red carpet and five minutes on finding out who wins the medal.

Playing against good sides most weeks is good viewing everything to gain and lots to lose, playing against Gws, GC, Melbourne.... were all nothing games this year... nothing to gain apart from the 4 points of course... i dont care if ive contradicted myself you get what i mean.....

Commercially better draw for us but no more x2 easy games. The team is improving and if we keep going in the right direction, we'll be fine next year. The thing is with the draw is that some will get what we got last year, and some will be a bit stiff with travel/6 day breaks. You can't accommodate everyone fairly, it's impossible.
