The way I see it is yes they did have an easy draw. Their home and away season was meh with no scalp.

They got into the 4 with the easy draw and got their scalp against Geelong in Geelong which is very good and went straight into the prelim where they beat an injury riddled Sydney. Easy draw got them into the top 4 but they are good enough to beat Geelong in Geelong and win the Prelim to get themselves to the gf. Just shows what an easy draw can do for a club

I still think we are just as good as them but they are more experienced and could snach a cup on the back of an easy draw and an awesome final campaign.

Imagine if we got 4th place and beat Hawthorn in the qualifying final (very possible)... Hrmm could've made a GF this year. Oh well hopefully next year.
