How do AFL get to determine this?I know they are required to put sanctions into place, but surely the judgement on what evidence is sufficient rests with ASADA, as the body responsible for administering WADA codes?
I thought the same, to the best of my knowledge the AFL have no say or power whatsoever in respect of infraction notices, they merely have the option of implementing further penalties on the club re monetary related and/or draft selection related.
I hope ASADA come down hard on the AFL and Essendon and the cult leader Hirdy.
