You're to busy being fleeced in the Audi club to notice. How in the blue fukc you can be charged for food and drink on top of what it costs does my head in. For that it'd better be free and and you get a BJ.

Yeah - it's a bit pricy but well worth it. Seats are amazing, when dry.

I've been in there twice and it seriously is not worth the money. It's ludicrous. The people one row in the front of the line of demarcation have the same view and they are financially secure and aren't paying $18 fir a burger and chips. Altho' it was pretty good. Still, you can laugh at everyone in the Western Stand with their substandard facilities.

There are people in those seats eating burgers and chips who do not need to be eating burgers and chips.

I gave up buying food at the footy years ago.

I went to the Crows vs Saints game at the dome a few months back. Went and purchased 3 diet cokes and 3 cherry ripes - the price was $29.95.

I just looked at the young guy and said no. This is a rip off and walked off.

But I could not go back to my old seats at AAMI Stadium, I would just cry now.

No same here. My partner hates the Western Stand tho' she doesn't get why there are no toilets. It's much better on the football side of the ground.

Never been in the members western stand to be honest.

Was not interested in being a member at AAMI or now the AO.

I prefer my seat up in the Eastern stand, the facilities are better the people aroud you are better, the only downside is the sun at certain times - but I don't get wet.

Yeah, that sun can be very annoying.

If there is a criticism on the build that is it. Why you would build such a small Members stand to not block that out, like any other stadium in th world. is baffling. The Western Stand should be the same size as the Riverbank Stand. The sun arcs from over our right shoulder around so it isn't as bad as it could be at least.

I guess I'm a bit lower than you are. Hence why I get wet and the sun shines straight into the corner of my right eye.

Because the western stand was built larger than the eastern stand that was in place at the time? You recall the Chappell stands?

It was purpose built to hold the SACA members at the cricket, football and all of its needs came after.

Holy shit, you serious?

That's horrible.

Food is included on The Deck, and if you go in one of the SACA Committee rooms, $120/game, you get a 3 course meal and drinks for the entire game!

don't get me started on etihad prices....

the place doesn't allow outside food to be brought in, and at the essendon game, my daughter had a sealed unopened bottle of water confiscated from her because the label had peeled off inside her bag. bunch of ****ers IMO

Gday,

Was hoping someone here can give me their opinion on the General Admission Hill.

I have bought a couple of tix for the Crows / WCE game coming up which we are looking forward to.
Any time we have attended Adel Oval, we have sat up high in the Southern stand.

I was keen to watch a match from the old hill and have bought 3 GA's but now I am bit concerned about taking my 8 year old son.

Does it get overly 'rowdy' in that area?

Will he have any issue actually seeing the game, as it is standing only?

(Probably should have asked these questions before hey?!)

Thanks, keen to hear your opinions.
