Forget Bony. We just bought Lambert who is just as good and cost a quarter of the price. There isn't room in the squad for both of them so I think it's fair to say this particular rumour probably doesn't have any substance. My guess is his agent is fishing for a move.

Is going to be a huge battle for top 4 next year. City and Chelsea will no doubt be battling it out for the title again, while Arsenal look like they may be serious contenders. They're about to sign Debuchy and Khedira as well, while ManU have got Herrera, Shaw and look likely to get Vidal and Hummels. Its worrying when we are only selling Suarez and making half-decent signings. Think of it this way-Sanchez cost the same as Lallana- who would you prefer? Lallana, Lovren (20mil bid) & Markovic (25mil bid) cost the same as Costa and Fabregas. Now I'm not saying they are players we wanted nor needed, but it just shows that we could be spending our money more wisely on top class talent. We MUST sign world class talent or we can kiss good-bye champions league and top 4.

Who would know what really is going on but to us it seems the club isn't doing a lot to fix our biggest problem being defense. Moreno annoys me, he is quality and should be signed it really pisses me off to see the sums for Lallana and what's reported for Lovren and we're not paying up for this guy. He's top 10 in the world for his position and when apparently we're considering Bertand who would struggle to be top 60 it actually makes me proper mad. Why are we happy to be bent over by English clubs but not by others? GET THE ****ER DONE!

I wanted him gone after his second bite, we kept him and he produced possibly the best season in my life time by a player in a red shirt. Really it probably comes down to next year, right now I'm actually relieved to be rid of the side show but if we fall in a heap like Spurs post Bale then I will be regretting it for sure.
