How was that goal overturned tho? That footage didn't look conclusive to me...

If you are talking about the one I think you are -The Geelong one in the last quarter - the umpires call was touched and the review confirmed it so there was no overrule.

wrong, they have beaten freo in perth, sydney in sydney, hawthorn, port and geelong. they are a good side.
A better side than this Geelong in decline definitely, whilst it's still a little slim I think they'd have a better chance of knocking Sydney off next week they seem to match up alright on them.
It's still difficult to take North seriously as their best run of wins this year was 4 against GWS, Bulldogs, cows and Melbourne, Hardly AFL royalty. And they lose to nothing teams after beating top teams. When they were 4 goals up with 6 minutes to play they looked to have turned the corner but they just fell in. Probably the most important part of that last 90 seconds utes was when North got a free(rightly) for too high and controlled the ball for over a minute. Geelong got the ball back eventually but just failed to get the ball inside their 50 in time.

"I don't think anyone should miss a game for anything like that (but I'll keep highlighting and sensationalising an absolutely pi$$-weak incident anyway.)"

Thanks, Tim...

I thought the goal umpire signaled a goal and then the field umpire said it was touched and asked for a review? If so it should of been a goal.

norf kissed on the dik making prelim..if we go out tomorrow il be furious.

If we lose it will be no ones fault but our own. We've had perfect preparation for this game.

Bitter old Tim Watson is doing his best to get Harvey suspended.

If there was one person that I could remove from any football broadcast team (and there are many to choose from), I think I would pick him.

Seems a case of too old, too slow for Geelong.

Laughable to read a Geelong poster on BF saying that they're not doing too bad for a side rebuilding. They are milking their premiership stars of 07-11 to get them over the line most weeks at Skilled Stadium. 1 win in their last 6 finals says a bit.
