I'm not sure how scientific or how strong of an indicator that and the kicking drills are, but it surely can't be a bad thing.

Anyone know who have done well at these tests in previous years?

The thing with these Irish guys is that they aren't absolute long shots - he's a genuine chance with all of those tools to be a best 18 player within 2 years.

I can't see him joining GWS after his Sydney career.

Sydney have offered him a one year deal so he won't be staying. If he does join GC today it means they offered some fancy stuff and a 3yr deal. Means he didn't even come to Perth.

Interesting isn't it. Love to know how much weight recruiters put on the results. Maybe just use the results to confirm their views based on prior scouting

Yeah we know, he's basically already better than Ablett.

Did he go on a camping trip or something?

Any decent recruiter should be able to judge speed, agility, reach etc.. through watching game footage
