Mashed spuds is my favourite. The recipe that comes with the thermomix is brilliant. cube 1kg worth of potatoes, chuck it in for 25mins with milk. Add in a pinch of salt and pepper, butter and Parmesan. 30secs more. So bloody good.

For mashed potatoes peeps, try a big dollop of sour cream and butter instead of milk..comes out creamy and smooth.

Greek yoghurt. Trust me.
