I think we can kill off the dream of picking up Anderson and Talia.

The lastest contract signings mean that Wright and Kerridge are the only players still uncontracted. With 3 live draft selections we need to delist Wright. Kerridge out, Hampton in, means that the list position maths doesn't change. There are no positions left for Anderson and Talia on our senior list.

Unless we dont upgrade O'Brien, or Kelly.

Not a silly suggestion, but would you give up pick 13 for him? I imagine that is what they would ask.

2 spots if we can trade 2 players in and i think we will most probably Talia and Anderson.

Lowden also a small chance of being cut early.

Could.. won't. The club doesn't do mid-season contract announcements for rookies if they don't intend to promote them to the senior list.

Not necessarily, we can't get both unless one of our contracted players is traded, which is why I brought lowden. Anyway we still get one but not both, it's likely we'll try to upgrade one of the second rounders with kerridge to get Anderson, the other can be used on Hampton, and wright delisted. Then we take 9 and 13 to the draft.

Would be very happy with 3 picks in top 20 plus Gore, and Hampton.

May set us back a year or so, but if we draft well, should do very well in a few years time.

Hampton out, Kerridge in, swap of draft picks. Those are the 3 trades I expect to see done. I would be very surprised if any further players (other than Hampton) find their way onto Adelaide's list.

I guess we're no longer of the belief that 2017 is a realistic target. Trading no one in of note would imply we've got a brand new 3 or 4 year plan.

Disappointing. Feel like now was the time to pull the trigger, considering where our list is at.
