Good question and there are a few options.

JK and Shuey the obvious nominations.

But the smokey for me is ...... Gaff.

I can't see it IMO, he doesn't come across as being a very vocal person, Not that that's a bad thing but Hurn doesn't seem like a hugely vocal leader, so it might be too much of the same if Gaff became a VC. I still think Shuey is the best option if they're wanting to replace Scooter.

In saying that I wouldn't be surprised to see Gaffy promoted to the leadership group for next season.
 
I rekon Gaff. was super impressed with him this season but even in the GF. He tried so hard to spark the midfield into action on many occassions. His still young and not only developing as a player but also as a leader.

I just dont really see him as a leader...would rather Shuey tbh - seems more vocal and would, hopefully, thrive with a bit more responsibility

Not every leader has to be vocal. He leads with his actions rather than words. he can easily develop that as grows.

That would be fine, but we already have a not so vocal leader in Shannon Hurn, so it is a positive to have vocal vice captains.
