People who walk into public places like supermarkets without any footwear. Seriously, what inspires someone to do that? The floors are filthy, there's always a chance of glass or some other thing that can cut your foot being there and you look like a complete bum.

No idea, but since coming back to Melbourne I see them everywhere in the west. Mainly St Albans/Sunshine area when I go cycling. I don't really get it...but then again there are a lot of things I don't get about Melbourne.
