Still 20 odd punters holding their original bets at 5000-1.

Ladbrokes have already announced that they will be reviewing how they handicap alleged "rank outsiders" in future. F*** em.
Even better story of the Rags to Riches rise of Leicester is the Riches to Rags story of Ladbrokes.

Haha the good guys win twice :thumbsu::):thumbsu:

Was almost going to start a thread with this but elected to just ask here; does anyone feel as though the development of our kids over the last 5~ years has been excellent?

The reason I started to think this was in the early/mid 2000's, I can remember so many promising young kids the club drafted who never amounted to anything. In recent years though, this really hasnt been the case at all.

I don't even remember if I was taking the piss.

All good, LC. When you post as often and across as many threads as you do, I expect it might be kinda hard to keep track at times.

will try to order 5 or 6 hockey jerseys later this year (for the possible league idea). working on final designs of the team jerseys. would have people vote for 4, 5, 6 jerseys. right now i am looking at these first:
kangaroos:

lions:

eagles:

4th would be a wafl team, 5th would be a merger team and the 6th would be a backup (mix of teams) for possible team to be added later.
timmy

thinking about what Ron Barassi said, its lucky day mate, piss off (from 1975 after we won our first VFL Grand Final).

Burst water man floods Abbotsford Street North Melbourne this morning.

Free kick to Hawthorn.

And a 50m penalty against the 57 tram, causing me to be late to work.

Optus release EPL pricing for next season

Fans will be able to choose their level of access to EPL content from the following options:

Every match live: Australia’s first 24/7 EPL channel boasts up to nine sub-channels for viewers.

Dedicated EPL channel: Devoted exclusively to the English Premier League, Optus’ 24/7 EPL channel will carry all 380 live matches of the 2016-2017 season, as well as EPL news and analysis offered in Australia with shows including Match of the Week, News, Fanzone and Match Day Live.

Un-metered EPL: Streaming EPL over the Optus mobile and fixed network will be data free on eligible plans. This means customers accessing the content from an eligible plan will be able to stream as much EPL content as they want, without using their mobile, mobile broadband or home broadband data allowance.

Device of your choice: Optus will launch new mobile and tablet apps, and a dedicated website that will allow customers to synch up to four devices through their subscription.

Screen-in-screen viewing: Subscriptions come with access to a dedicated new website that supports up to four screens, for those times when games are on at the same time.

Ben White, Managing Director of Marketing and Product at Optus said, “From mobile plans with generous data and call inclusions, through to home broadband plans that come with unlimited data, Yes TV by Fetch, and the EPL included, Optus has a great range of EPL plans suited to all lifestyles and budgets.”

All Optus EPL content will also be available on Fetch TV.

Existing customers can check online whether they are already on an EPL eligible plan when pre-order opens on 15 May.

Confirmed - you have to have either a broadband plan or mobile plan or else no EPL. The whole investment is going to back fire.

---------------------

Optus has revealed it's pricing for the 2016/17 English Premier League season, after Fox Sports lost the rights to one of the most popular sporting competitions in the world.

New and existing customers who want to watch every round of the EPL next season can choose from a range of postpaid mobile, mobile broadband and home broadband bundles, and then add EPL for an extra $15 per month.

For eligible plans valued at $85 per month and above, EPL will be thrown in at no extra cost.

Here's how to get EPL from Optus:

• Every match live: Australia’s first 24/7 EPL channel boasts up to nine sub-channels, so viewers never miss a minute of the action on match day, no matter how many teams are playing.

• Dedicated EPL channel: Devoted exclusively to the English Premier League, Optus’ 24/7 EPL channel will carry all 380 live matches of the 2016/17 season, as well as the most comprehensive EPL news and analysis ever offered in Australia with shows like Match of the Week, News, Fanzone and Match Day Live.

• Un-metered EPL: Streaming EPL over the Optus mobile and fixed network will be data free on eligible plans. This means customers accessing the content from an eligible plan will be able to stream as much EPL content as they want, without using their mobile, mobile broadband or home broadband data allowance. (Note: advertisements, analytics and authentication use data).

• Device of your choice: Optus will launch new mobile and tablet apps, and a dedicated website that will allow customers to synch up to four devices through their subscription. To broadcast EPL at a venue, register your interest here: https://offer.optus.com.au/eplbusiness.

• Screen-in-screen viewing: Subscriptions come with access to a dedicated new website that supports up to four screens, for those times when games are on at the same time.

So I'm on a $60 mobile plan and i have to pay another $15 to watch the soccer? (Invariably a replay or on delay due to the hours it's on)?
GFY Optus :thumbsd:

Looks like I'll have to continue to stream the EPL for fre.....an extra $15 a month.

I wonder if Virgin will have the same deal given that they use the Optus network
