It sux but this will start to happen a little more often now that we have very little left after paying the farm to recent recruits.

Kersten is a young developing forward and he will be leaving at the right time in which he will be playing his best football.
We have nothing coming through. Buzza is a dud. Taken at the bottom of the barrel in a shallow draft and if anything, looks a better defender at VFL level than a forward.
Clark is almost cooked, will be after he tries to get through a few weeks of senior footy and then there is Menzel and Vardy, both of which have serious question marks about their longevity.

Our club needs to start getting it's priorities in order. Fed up losing young players not yet in their prime to clubs who will be reaping the rewards of it within a few years time.

Either piss off Motlop who holds significant currency and we draft in a player on the cusp who may entertain a move to Victoria such as Sam Day, James Stewart or look at banking on a quality young key forward in the next available draft. Either way, I can't see Motlop hanging around when his contract is up end of 2017.

Tucker was a R2 pick just last year at P27 , 6 games.. Id say that is not overs really. He might press for a game at Geelong , Kersten is a regular.
