Finalise what exactly? If he is leaving all he as to say is i am leaving then he can sort out contract with Collingwood after.
As of yesterday afternoon he was undecided, then he met with Pickers and still no decision so i am leaning towards staying

Apparently West Coast are in the mix, no surprise given he's from there, but I'm not sure I see him uprooting his family from Victoria to move to WA.
Then again, it might be a compromise with him spending all these years in Melb to be close to his wifes family.
